Ladies' Thursday Evening Rides

Starting September 6th, Ladies Rides will leave Echelon Spokes & Slopes at 5pm.

Rides are approximately 20 miles long

Average speed is approximately 14 mph or more dependent on terrain.

Routes vary in intensity, are dependent on several factors (level of riders, weather, time of year),

Must have a Road Bike, Helmet and clipless pedal are highly recommended.

Our goal is to offer rides of all abilities levels for Road and Mountain Bicycle Riders.
